Colts Optimistic That WR Reggie Wayne Will Play Sunday

The Colts are "optimistic" that Reggie Wayne (groin) will be able to play on Sunday, according ESPN's Adam Schefter. He practiced on Friday, and seems primed to play against the 49ers. The Niners have a bottom-tier pass-defense, so even if Wayne is a bit gimpy, he could have a big day.
