Titans cornerback Nick Harper, who suffered a broken forearm against the Colts, is still a ways from returning to action. "They said if I do come back in two weeks it would be a miracle," Harper said. Harper said he broke his arm in a different spot than nickelback Vincent Fuller, who’s expected to return to action this weekend against the Jaguars. "I am thinking a couple of weeks hopefully," Harper said, "if everything goes on schedule."
