Eagles Sign RB P.J. Hill Off Saints Practice Squad

According to Eagles' beat writer Brian Seltzer, the team has signed running back P.J. Hill off the Saints' practice squad. Hill will take Omar Gaither's spot on the roster, as Gaither was placed on IR today. This signing could signal that the team isn't confident in Brian Westbrook's availability this weekend.
