Eagles QB Donovan McNabb Had A Mediocre Night
Filed Under: , , , ,
Posted By: Sweets 10-27-2009 , 12:05 AM

Donovan McNabb threw for 156 yards on 15-for-25 passing and a touchdown in the Eagles' 27-17 win over the Redskins on Monday night. McNabb's big play was a 57 yard touchdown pass to DeSean Jackson. McNabb's numbers weren't great tonight, but his team got up early and he didn't need to do much more.

I never questioned saying he had a mediocre night, I just wondered why Mcnabb having a mediocre night is considered a headline?

He didn't play great at all, but I'll take him having a QB rating over 90 on a mediocre night.

I would say some credit goes to the Redskins defense, they played pretty well overall. Roethlisberger and Favre have mediocre games and credit goes to the defense. McNabb has a mediocre game and it's his fault.

The Skins defense did play pretty well, but McNabb did miss some open guys by throwing grounders. Now's the stretch where he needs to bring his A game.

Remember when McNabb was blamed for the loss against the Raiders? it was most obviously the coachings fault.... all pass plays and no runs even when the passes werent working out.

McNabb does get the hate a lot of the time instead of who the credit should go to.

Westbrook being taken out killed the run game even our screen plays cause westbrook loves screen plays

McCoy is a good running back but wasnt used second half, becuase westbrook was out didnt mean eagles couldnt have run the ball. Thats all I am saying

A mediocre night to add to his mediocre season. Sans a few long bomb TDs, the guy has been mostly ineffective. The Kolb-era in Philly will be beginning in 2010...

Please contribute to the giants eagles hate week thread in the smack forum. We actually have giants fans this year for it should be fun.

The guys only played 3 full games give him a break lol

6tds 1 int in 3 and a half games not really horrible. The raiders he had no protection so thats not his fault.
