[Eagles] Eagles RB Brian Westbrook Left Game With Head Injury

Brian Westbrook left Monday night's game in the first quarter with a head injury. He was replaced by LeSean McCoy and is not expected to return. Westbrook took a shot to the head from Redskins' linebacker London Fletcher, and he went to the locker-room as soon as he left the field. Early reports indicate he has a concussion, but he will know more after the game.
