Offensive guard Todd Herremans, who has missed the Eagles' first five games after having surgery to repair a stress fracture in his left foot, may return to the lineup Monday night against Washington, though that's not definite. There is a risk of re-injury with foot stress fractures, and the Eagles want to make sure he won't hurt it again.
