Texans Cut LB Buster Davis, Workout Several Free Agents

The Houston Texans cut linebacker Buster Davis today and auditioned four veteran free agent linebackers, according to a league source. The Texans also worked out veteran linebackers Monty Beisel, Rocky Boiman, Darnell Bing and Brandon Renkart. With right offensive guard Mike Brisiel out for the season with a foot injury, the Texans tried out a trio free agent guards including Terrence Metcalf, Adrian Jones and Tutan Reyes.
