Lions LB Ernie Sims Aggravates His Shoulder Injury

Lions linebacker Ernie Sims has aggravated the shoulder injury that forced him to miss Week 3, according to the Detroit News. He said after the game that the pain was as bad as when he initially suffered the injury. He isn't sounding probable for the team's Week 5 showdown with Pittsburgh.
