Eagles running back Brian Westbrook (ankle) participated in Eagles practice on Monday, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer. The Eagles were practicing Monday because they are coming off a bye week. There's little doubt that Westbrook will play on Sunday against Tampa Bay, but he is expected to be spelled often by talented rookie LeSean McCoy.
