The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 31st-ranked defense received some much-needed help Monday when safety Tanard Jackson returned from his four-game suspension. Jackson, who started 32 games in his first two seasons in the NFL, was suspended for violation of the league's substance abuse policy. Raheem Morris wouldn't commit to starting Jackson vs. the Eagles on Sunday.
he may not start immediately but he will be in there very soon. they have been giving up huge chunks of yardage through the air and he will be an improvement in their run defense.
