The Bills list of inactives for Week four are: LB Paul Posluszny, FS Donte Whitner, SS Bryan Scott, WR Steve Johnson, OT Demetrius Bell, DE Chris Ellis and DT John McCargo. TE Shawn Nelson (shoulder) is active and will play. On defense, the Bills secondary is decimated by the injuries to Whitner (thumb) and Scott (ankle), who will be replaced by rookie Jarius Byrd and George Wilson, respectively.
