Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington has a torn capsule in his throwing shoulder and is awaiting a second opinion, ESPN's Chris Mortenson reports via Twitter. Pennington is expected to miss the rest of the season, as we told you earlier today, Pennington's shoulder was dislocated on Sunday. The injury happened when San Diego Chargers linebacker Kevin Burnett hit Pennington underneath the shoulder as he was trying to throw a pass, Pennington will seek a second opinion from orthopedic specialist Dr. James Andrews, who has performed two shoulder surgeries on the quarterback.
