Darren McFadden’s 5-yard run with 1:07 left answered Kansas City’s go-ahead touchdown and lifted Oakland past the Chiefs 13-10 Sunday, in a game that was as dull as the overcast skies until the final few minutes. Matt Cassel, making his long-awaited Kansas City debut, had put the mistake-prone Chiefs on top 10-6 with a 29-yard scoring strike to Dwayne Bowe with just over 2 minutes to play. But the Raiders, with barely 100 yards of offense to that point, then drove 69 yards to hand the Chiefs their second straight loss under first-year head coach Todd Haley.
