Still searching for help on defense, the Lions brought in free agent defensive end Paul Spicer for a visit and workout Tuesday, a league source said. The Lions are still looking for help on the defensive line, particularly an end who could move inside on passing downs. Spicer, a 6-foot-4, 295-pounder who can play both end and tackle, enjoyed a productive stint in Jacksonville, starting 52 games over the last four years and registering 21.5 sacks and five forced fumbles.
