Giants Sign Ex-Buccaneers TE Jason Pociask To The Practice Squad

An NFL source has told Scout.com that former Wisconsin tight end Jason Pociask has been signed to the New York Giants practice squad. Originally drafted by the Jets in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL Draft, Pociask has appeared in four games and has caught just one pass during his NFL career. But the 6-foot-3, 259-pound player is a capable blocking tight end who spent some time on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice squad during the 2008 season who was released in the team's final cuts this weekend.
