Cowboys RB Felix Jones To Get More Red Zone Carries

Cowboys RB Felix Jones could see additional time in the red zone this season. RB Marion Barber III has earned the majority of work in the red zone over the past three season. Offensive coordinator Jason Garrett said, "We love Marion down in the red zone. He's got a great track record. But obviously Felix can run down there as well. He's proven that he can do that. He's proven that he can run between the tackles."

why would you fix something that isn't broken, Dallas just needs to stick with the run game. When they have been successful over the past few years, it's when they run the ball, but they like to get away from that and it has gotten them into trouble in more than a couple of games.

The thing they have noticed and I have seen it more this preseason is that while Jones has great speed he has been able to not only run away form defenders but also run threw some would be tackles. I think they want to see how good he could be at this because it could give them more options in short yardage plays.
