Bills DE Chris Kelsay Excused From Practice For Family Matter

Defensive End Chris Kelsay was excused from practice on Wednesday and will miss Thursday night's preseason finale. He had a personal matter to attend to as his youngest daughter is having a surgical procedure in Chicago according to head coach Dick Jauron.
