Washington Redskins cornerback Carlos Rogers has been sidelined most of the preseason because of a lingering calf injury and is not expected to play in the final preseason game Thursday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. "It's not a problem," Rogers said. "Just being careful with it." Rogers expressed confidence he would start Sept. 13 in the season opener against the New York Giants at Giants Stadium. "Yeah," he said. It's getting better all the time. Like I said, we're just being careful." Maybe Rogers is recovering, but his calf problem could become a big problem for the Redskins.
