Vikings Open To Trading QB Tarvaris Jackson For A Late Rd. Pick?

The Vikings could attempt to showcase QB Tarvaris Jackson, who is coming off a strong performance in the Vikings' victory over Kansas City, against the Texans on Monday night. This makes sense, given that Jackson stands to be a free agent after this season -- whether he's restricted or unrestricted depends on what happens with the league's collective bargaining agreement -- and could be looking to get a fresh start. The Vikings almost certainly would consider taking a late-round draft pick in exchange for Jackson.

It brings up an interesting question. Who would a team rather trade for, Thigpen or Jackson?

Sam Bradford is the Vikings Future...

They'll draft Oklahoma again in the first round and come up big. We'll see how is draft stock is though, and if the Vikings do bad enough to line themselves up with a high draft pick. They went after Favre for this reason alone, just like the Jets did the same and he came through for them and got them a great first round pick which led to Mark Sanchez.
