[Dolphins] Dolphins LB Jason Taylor Out Due To Family Illness

The Dolphins announced at 2:25 p.m. that Taylor's absence is due to a "family illness." Coach Tony Sparano offered little or no insight into the absence of linebacker Jason Taylor from practice Thursday, acknowledging only that he's out of town and that "it's a personal matter." Sparano said he didn't think Taylor would miss Saturday's home exhibition game against Carolina, saying "we won't know until later this afternoon" how long Taylor would be gone.
