Raiders WR Chaz Schilens Out At Least A Month

Raiders WR Chaz Schilens is expected to miss at least one month after breaking a bone in his left foot during Tuesday’s practice, the Associated Press reports. Schilens, who up to this point had been the Raiders’ most impressive receiver thus far in camp, broke the fifth metatarsal in his foot while making a cut during a route. Javon Walker and Darrius Heyward-Bey figure to see more targets if Schilens misses any time during the regular season.

I would be worried about the lingering effects this could have. One landing on a jump ball could spell something bad.
