For all the bash 'n trash about Leinart, kudos to him for the way he's handled himself and his career decision making process. Sticking it out in AZ and learning from a future HOFer will only pay dividends. So long as he gets reps with the No. 1 OL he should continue to impress.

Ummmm...I think this was more of a pep talk for ole Matt. He's definitely the number two qb for a reason and will be IMO. He played ok but Warner is the number one and not sure Leinart ever will be a good starter. I think Sanchez will be better than Leinart.
