| Edgar Thompson of the Palm Beach Post reports more two months after Dolphins DE Randy Starks was arrested and charged with aggravated assault of a police officers during the Memorial Day weekend, prosecutors decided Tuesday to take no action on the felony charges, according to Miami-Dade County court records. Starks, 25 and entering his sixth NFL season, instead faces a misdemeanor charge of culpable negligence, records show. Starks, 25, was charged with aggravated battery for allegedly used his large truck to strike an officer who tried to stop the slow-moving vehicle on foot during a traffic jam in South Beach in the early morning hours of May 24.
