Packers [Packers] Packers TE Jermichael Finley Could Unseat Donald Lee As Starter?

The Packers have an intriguing position battle at tight end, where up-and-coming youngster Jermichael Finley could unseat Donald Lee as the starter. Philbin said Finley is much improved from his rookie season in 2008. "Jermichael is a much better player," Philbin said. "A year ago he was a 21-year-old kid from Texas. He didnt know first base from third base. And so, hes just a much different guy. Hes walking around the building like a different person. Were excited, hes making very good progress."

He's definitely a player if he get his head straight, and keeps it that way.

But its been pretty obvious from late last season, IMO, that he would be starting sooner, rather than later.
