[Titans] Titans Sign 4th-Round Draft Pick OL Troy Kropog

The Titans on Tuesday agreed to terms with draft pick Troy Kropog, the teams fourth-round pick. Kropog, an offensive lineman out of Tulane, agreed to a four-year deal with the team. He became the eighth of the team's 11-man draft class to sign.
