| When the United Football League debuts in October, Michael Vick could be one of its players. Michael Huyghue, the commissioner of the new four-team league, says the UFL is willing to give Vick a place to play -- provided there are no pending legal issues. His rights belong to the Orlando franchise. "If he is not allowed back into the NFL and he wants to show he is a model citizen and he loves the game, there is not a better situation for him." said Dennis Green, coach of the San Francisco team and the chairman of the UFL's competition committe. | That's just funny how a single team has rights to him, so he couldn't sign with any other team. They must have rights to prove how important this league is going to be. This is laughable. The one thing I'll give the league is they do have some pretty good head coaches in place.
