Bears Unlikely To Sign Free Agent WR Plaxico Burress

Ever since he was cut by the Giants earlier this year, free agent receiver Plaxico Burress has been linked to a handful of teams. And one of the franchises that continues to remain in the conversation is the Bears. Lately, word has emerged that the Bears likely won't be chasing Burress, whose career (and liberty) is in jeopardy due to pending felony charges in New York.
