The difference between a drunk driver and a stone driver is when they pull up to a stop sign the drunk driver runs right through it while the stone driver stops for 5 minutes and stares at it.

There's also no way to tell whether or not he was high while driving. Its not like there's a breathalyzer for weed, and its usually in your system for at least 2 weeks, way more for a constant smoker. I doubt he was even stoned.

I just heard on Satan's Station (ESPN for the nonreligious) that he tested positive the day of his plea agreement which doesnt show anything about whether it was in his system or not day of accident. Maybe he was self medicating after the accident casue he couldnt handle the thought of taking a human life
