[Steelers] Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall Must Earn Playing Time

There are plenty of reasons for Steelers fans to be optimistic about a title defense. The teams room for improvement with the running game is near the top of the list. Last years first-round pick Rashard Mendenhall figures to have an increasing role, but coach Mike Tomlin says thats all on Mendenhall. Hes got to put himself back into the offense. I am not responsible for Rashard Mendenhalls role in the offense. He is.

Did anyone expect anything different from Tomlin. A player must earn his playing time. Sounds like typical Tomlin and the right thing to say

I hope Mewelde Moore doesn't get shafted so Mendenhall can play, Moore showed he is worth serious playing time last season.

moore will stay out there on 3rd down....parker an mendenhall are awful pass blockers and moore is like kevin faulk with routes and receptions
