Browns' Brady Quinn Has Slight Edge Over Derek Anderson

John Taylor, of TheOBR.com, reports that Brady Quinn will enter training camp with the "slightest of edges" over Derek Anderson, mainly because Quinn will continue his training regimen during the time between now and the open of camp and Anderson won't. Taylor also reports that both quarterbacks struggled enough in OTAs to raise "concerns and eyebrows".

I think Brady would be the best option. He has a bigger upside and I think they need to find out what they have in him.

Brady should win the job. Not surprising that they both struggle at first. It's a new offense to both of them. They also have rookie WR's. They are also shuffling the line in practice all the time. That's all the excuses this Browns fan can muster right now. If DA doesn't keep up with his training regimen (especially playbook study), as suggested, he deserves to lose the job.

It doesn't matter who wins, Mangina doesn't know how to coach and as soon as who ever wins the starting job has a bad game he will flip flop more than John Kerry. At least until he gets his own guy.
