[Falcons] NFL Disapproves Three Falcons Rookie Contracts

According to a league source, the contracts of Spencer Adkins, Chris Owens, and Garrett Reynolds were disapproved by the NFL earlier this week. It's not known exactly what the source of the disapproval was, but a source told Scout.coms Adam Caplan that the issues were minor and all three contracts should be approved by early next week.

This happens more than people would think. Most of the it is a problem with the base pay. There is a certain % range that the base pay can go up each year, if it falls out of that range then the contract has t be reworked. Most of the time you can raise or lower a years base pay by a couple of thousand and it will fix it.
