Joe Gibbs Says Redskins QB Jason Campbell Needs Thicker Skin

Asked if he felt Redskins QB Jason Campbell was mistreated by an organization that dangled him for Jay Cutler and Mark Sanchez, Joe Gibbs wouldn't bite. "I have a different outlook on that," Gibbs said of shopping the quarterback he had plucked from Auburn. "At some point you're going to have to take the team down the field in a driving hailstorm to win the game. If you get all uptight about stuff as the quarterback -- if [trade rumors] is something that bothers you -- you're in the wrong position."

What needs to happen is Washington has to let Jason Campbell be Jason Campbell and take the reigns off. Let's see what he's really made of instead of limiting him every year. Eli's not limited, Donovan's not limited, Romo's not limited...

The Redskins have this kid so restricted that not even they know what they have yet. Could be good, could be bad...but at least you'll know come the end of his deal...

Im pretty sure any starting QB would not like to hear there name in trade rumors. What does that say about there confidence?
