The Cardinals added Chris Culmer and Luke Palko as college scouts. Culmer will primarily evaluate college players in the western region of the country and joins the Cardinals after spending the past nine seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, including the past five years as a pro personnel assistant. Palko joins the Cardinals after spending the past two seasons as an intern with the Pittsburgh Steelers in their player personnel department.
