The Jaguars want to sign first-round pick Eugene Monroe so he'll report to camp on time. The Jaguars haven't signed any of their nine draft picks, but after the first round, the contracts tend to be a formality. Last year, defensive end Derrick Harvey, selected by the Jaguars with the No. 8 overall pick, held out for 33 days and missed all of training camp.
