Packers Pro Bowl safety Nick Collins has joined the Packers for their final week of organized team activities. Collins was only a spectator during the jog-through portion of practice and then went inside to work out with the rehab group. But his presence alone was significant, considering he's skipped most of the Packers' offseason program because of dissatisfaction with his contract.
