| Colts Place Donald Brown On IR, Sign RBs Mewelde Moore, Deji Karim
The Indianapolis Colts placed RB Donald Brown and FB Robert Hughes on season-ending injured reserve today.
Jason Bernstein reports that they signed running backs Mewelde Moore and Deji Karim to take their place on their active roster.
Delone Carter has been hampered by an ankle injury, so the Colts running game could be a real sore spot for them down the stretch. Vick Ballard will now takeover as the team’s No. 1 running back, with Moore most likely backing him up. Source: NFL Trade Rumors |
