NFL Pick 5 Players, And A Coaching Staff To Build A Franchise

-Any coach has to be in the same position now or lower (ex. No HC as coodiantors)

Players:

- Joe Thomas
- Jay Cutler
- Calvin Johnson
- Albert Haynseworth
- Demarcus Ware

Coaching staff

HC- Mike Singltary (going with less expiriance, but no one beats him in the motivation department

OC- Jason Garrett- His system is hard to gameplan is he stops playing fucking Madden and commits to the run. He would defiantly max out Johnson's talent

DC- Rex Ryan- Great scheme if you like blitz's. He play's every front imaginable and brings pressure from every angle

I'd swap Johnson for Brandon Marshall and maybe Justin Tuck for Ware but other than that, it's a pretty sound 5 youngish, yet to enter their prime but already pretty damn good five as you could get.

Coaching wise, I'd take Shanahan, given I'd have his top QB and receiver. To help out on offense as his OC, I'd have Tom Moore, who can help Cutler to become more dominant at the LOS. Defensively, I'd have Monte Kiffin which means you go cover 2 but he's kept that defense on top for a long time.

5 Players
-Joe Thomas
-Jay Cutler
-Greg Jennings
-Patrick Willis
-Ed Reed.

HC-Steve Spagunola. This guy knows defenses and know how to move players around to maximize their ability.
OC-Jason Garret. I love this guy looking at what he has done with that Cowboy offense in the past 2 years so how good he really is.
DC-Jim Johnson. Master of the blitz, with Spagunola moving people around and Johnsons different blitzes stacked.

Cant agree on either, Johnson is way more talented than Marshal, who is also a headcase.

Tuck is a good player, but he isnt in Ware's class. Ware can play up or down, and play LB in a 3 man or 4 man front (he did as a rookie)

You can move Tuck inside on obvious passing downs, again it depends on your style of D - if I take Kiffin, I want a natural down lineman, not a tweener.

I keep hearing this thing about Johnson having so much natural talent, but thus far in the NFL, he's only shown a few flashes, I appreciate his situation is far different to Marshall's but is anyone hotter than Marshall the past year and half? He also has that instant hook up with Cutler.

Johnsons broke out this year. While Marshal is the bettter player, I just dont trust him. He could very well be Baby TO in more ways than one
