NFL Freeman, Dalton, Bradford Or Tebow?

Out of this group of 4 younger QB's, choose which one you would select if you were an owner, GM, or coach starting a new team and had only these 4 to choose from.

If I was going to run a WCO I would go with Dalton. Tebow is not a QB to me, Freeman makes too many dumb mistakes dispite being in the league the longest, and Bradford is a bit over rated. If I had to rank them it would be Dalton, Bradford, Freeman, then Tebow.

Dalton looks really good so far. I think Bradford could be good if you got him a go to guy like Dalton has in Green. Freeman is too inconsistent. Tebow is a joke.

Personally, i think freeman has the most upside/talent of the bunch. If i was confident that my system was going to fit him well and that I could coach him up to be more consistent, I would take him.

If I'm looking to replace Ben on the Steelers, I take Freeman. If I'm looking to replace a west coast guy, I'm going with Dalton.
