Rant FUCK YOU CIGARETTE ADDICTION!

That's right fuck cigarettes and fuck my friend who got me started on them, I realize it was my own decision to smoke them and all of that happy horse shit and before I know it I'm buying packs for myself and that filthy little dirty drug nicotine has wormed its way soooo deep into my head that I crave and need the cigarettes or be confronted with pounding headaches and extreme irritability. Now as many other peoples New Years Resolutions probably were(don't know if anyone on this site has picked up this gross habit or not.) I decided to quit cigarettes via the patch. I started using the patch and have followed through the steps and have been thinking to myself know what I will skip the rest of Step 1 move on to Step 2, I move on to Step 2, complete that do Step 3 and today and at the current moment, I wish I had a pack of smokes soooo badly right now. I hate this addiction whoever invented cigarettes can burn in hell motherfucker bitch whore cunt asshole cocksucking bitch. Just needed to get that out....

Reading Allen Carr's ,'The Easy Way To Stop Smoking', may help. It works for some. Can't hurt to give it a try.

I am so glad I've never started smoking. I've never smoked a single cigarette and never will.

I quit, but I replaced it with alcohol, which was than replaced with some hardcore drugs which were than replaced by some lighter drugs which was than replaced by caffiene. Don't be me. I tried to quit cold turkey and it sucked misreably, ween yourself off it and use nicotine patches and shit. Worked for most of my family.

I still smoke from time to time, but addiction blows.

I have will power, I smoked from the time I was 10 till I was 20 so not quite as long as you and I smoked a couple packs a day. I couldn't quit cold turkey without getting addicted to something else.

Guess it just depends on the person.
