Who has used the IR slot? Does it lock? Or if I move someone there, can I drop them later and put someone else there?

Well the player has to be injured, like out injured not questionable injured. Actually I should say that you can put anyone there but I believe that you won't be able to make any other roster moves with an "illegal" player in the IR slot. Other than that normal rules apply. It's more or less a way to hold onto an injured player that you consider to be a keeper without being forced to take up a regular roster spot to do so.
