| Broncos QB Tim Tebow Not Worried About Harsh Words From Elway, Plummer Tim Tebow isn't focused on how John Elway or the rest of the Denver Broncos' organization feels about him. He just wants to keep on winning. Tebow was asked Tuesday on ESPN's "First Take" to respond to Elway, the team's chief of football operations, who answered "no" when asked on his weekly radio show if he felt he was any closer to feeling if he had his quarterback on this team. "I honestly don't pay much attention," Tebow said. "I don't try to focus on anything that doesn't affect me personally and how I go out there every single day. I'm just going to continue to work hard and focus on what I can control." Off the field, Tebow also made headlines when former Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer called him out for expressing his Christian faith on the field. "I think he's a winner, and I respect that about him. I think that when he accepts the fact that we know that he loves Jesus Christ, then I think I'll like him a little better," Plummer said Monday on KGME-AM in Phoenix. "I don't hate him because of that. I just would rather not have to hear that every time he takes a good snap or makes a good handoff." Source: NFL.com
