Iowa State Police Lt. Lieutenant Aaron Delashmutt said the department has filed paperwork to charge Iowa State wide receiver Albert Gary with robbery, but is waiting on a judge's signature to proceed. A robbery was reported on June 19, but police won’t confirm any connection. Iowa State football coach Paul Rhoads said at his press conference on Monday that wide receiver Albert Gary was charged with robbery stemming from an incident in June. According to a June 19 police report, two people were approached by a group of men at 2:26 a.m. One man allegedly frisked them and displayed a BB gun.
