Cardinals RB Ryan Williams' Return May Be More Delayed Than Initially Thought

According to a report from Craig Morgan of Fox Sports Arizona, Cardinals RB Ryan Williams may have to wait before he gets to show everyone what he is capable of. Williams has been going through a very big rehab process ever since he tore his patella tendon in a preseason game against the Packers last season. It would have seemed as if he would have been ready by the time training camp or the preseason rolled around, but that doesn't appear to be the case as Morgan cites that members of the Cardinals medical staff have, "told him that Week 3 or 4 might be more realistic." That will, once again, presumably leave Beanie Wells as the sole productive running back on the roster for the first few games of the season.
