Patriots Wide Receiver Wes Welker lost a teammate earlier this year, when quarterback Matt Cassel was traded to the Chiefs. As Welker sees it, he has gained a potential bank. "If I ever need a loan I can come to him," Welker said at his annual football camp in Oklahoma City, per the Oklahoman.

When I read the article, I asked myself, wasn't Cassel making less then $1 million last year anyway? I could be wrong.
