Florida State has been without its top receiver, freshman Rashad Greene (Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas), for the past two weeks. On Monday, coach Jimbo Fisher said he was hopeful Greene would be able to return from an ankle injury Saturday against North Carolina State. “He was close [to playing] last week,” Fisher said. “So we’re expecting him to practice, and from what I understand he should be able to go this week.”

No need to rush him back against the Wolfpack. There are several high school teams in this area that could beat them this year.
